• All room rates are provided by the hotels directly. To enjoy special room rates, all bookings must be made on or before Feb 8, 2023. However, the hotels will accept your order according to their room availabilities and pricing policies. Listed room rates may be subject to change if the reservation form is submitted after this deadline.

• An advance notice of 2 to 7 days prior to your arrival date is required for cancellation or amendment of a guaranteed booking. Otherwise, one-night deposit will be charged on your credit card by the Hotel. Please check carefully with your chosen hotel or 'Burnaby-Solutions' for cancellation / penalty policies. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred.
• Visitors / Exhibitors should settle all room rates and other expenses directly with the hotel or the Official Travel Agent.
