INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION
If Visitors require an official invitation letter to support your entry visa application, please apply online to our Official Travel Agent, 'Burnaby-Solutions Guangzhou' directly on or before Oct 23.

- Overseas Visitors are advised to contact their local Chinese Embassy / Consulate General to check the latest entry policies and visa application procedures before traveling to China, and to ensure the relevant Embassy / Consulate General accepts visa applications. - As of Jun 27, 2025, China has expanded its unilateral visa-free policy to 47 countries and implemented a 240-hour transit visa-free policy for foreign nationals from 55 countries. Please check the official website of China Consular Affairs for the complete list.
- Visitors requiring an entry visa to visit China are advised to submit their visa application at least 1 month before their planned trip. Applications can be made in person at the Chinese Embassy / Consulate General in their resident country or by entrusting a travel / visa agency. Those requiring an official invitation letter from our Official Travel Agent should complete the Form via the below button and return to 'Burnaby-Solutions' directly.
- The 'Official Visa Invitation Letter' issued by 'Burnaby-Solutions' is valid only for Business Visa applications.
- Applicants must complete the Form via the below button and return to 'Burnaby-Solutions' directly along with associated full payment.
- Once approved, 'Burnaby-Solutions' will send you the invitation letter via email. Applicants should bring the invitation letter along with their passport and other required documents to their local Chinese Embassy / Consulate General to apply for a visa.
- If an original copy of the invitation letter is required, applicants must cover the international courier service costs.
- The Chinese Embassy / Consulate General may impose additional charges for processing. Due to evolving entry policies, further documents may be requested.
- All applicants' passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond their intended travel date to China or any other destination.
