Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. (primary Shaanxi Fuping Soda Plant) was founded in 1942 and was reformed into a joint-stock company in 2002. Fuhua moved to Fuping Zhuangi Industrial Zone in 2015. Its total assets are RMB 360 million and registered trademark is Fuhua brand. The annual output of precipitated barium sulphate is 80,000 tons, and sodium sulfide is 50,000 tons. 

Shaanxi Fuhua Trading Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary company 100% invested by Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. in March, 2017, with the registered capital of RMB 5 million.  It mainly exports precipitated barium sulphate and sodium sulfide which are produced by Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. Fuhua also exports and imports other products.
