Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. (previously called Shaanxi Fuping Soda Plant) was founded in 1942 and was reformed into a joint-stock company in 2002. Fuhua moved to Fuping Zhuangi Industrial Zone in 2015. Its total asset is RMB 360 million and registered trademark is “Fuhua” brand. The annual output of precipitated barium sulphate is 80,000 tons, and that of low iron sodium sulfide is 50,000 tons. 

Shaanxi Fuhua Trading Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary company 100% invested by Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. in March, 2017, with a registered capital of RMB 5 million.  It mainly exports precipitated barium sulphate and sodium sulfide which are produced by Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. Fuhua also exports or imports other products.
